THE PIGRILMS/LOS PEREGRINOS (“FILM”) is virtually funded for the completion segment, now. We have distribution offers, completion bids and negative pick ups in hand from companies like Netflix, Peace Arch, and others which make final completion of the film already guaranteed. Iberia Airlines is sponsoring our production travel. We must complete funding for principal photography of the journey by May 15, 2008 in order to keep our film online for a premiere at Sundance 09. After the premiere the film will be seen at film festivals worldwide, exhibited theatrically, screened at autism events, shown on worldwide television and via home entertainment distribution of DVDs internationally. The filmmakers are committed to personally insuring that all families in Latin America get easy access to ownership of the DVD when it becomes available. Grants are pending mid-summer from most of the preeminent sources of documentary funding.
